GoLucid Field Notes: eventbro

GoLucid Field Notes:

eventbro (Munich) is a mobile first food and beverage ordering system that removes queues at festivals, concerts, and pop up events. Attendees scan a QR code, order from a digital menu, pay on their phone, and get notified when their order is ready.

Connected with Lennart Bendick (Co-Founder) to learn how organizers set up menus, place QR codes around the venue, and let staff fulfill orders on their own devices with no hardware required. eventbro is cashless, browser based, fast to deploy, and gives organizers real time insight into what is selling and which stations are performing well. It also creates space for sponsor placement inside the ordering flow.

In CECI’s evolving framework, solutions like this may relate to Operations Technology and Event Intelligence Technology, but ultimately, category fit is for vendors and the community to help clarify as the model matures.

I am Josiah Taulbee, and I started CECI to help the industry understand what event technology vendors actually do. Research and industry awareness only, no promotion or recommendations.

If you are building in event tech, check if you are already in the CECI registry, or message me to connect.
