shoWMe is a Swedish‑built booking platform for small to midsize live music venues, especially across the Nordics and Germany. It streamlines the entire venue‑to‑artist booking flow so teams can handle high volumes of daily inquiries without getting buried.

Had the pleasure of meeting with Ran Nir (Founder and CEO) to see how shoWMe supports curation, agreements, invoicing, communication, and settlements in one place. The system learns over time, improving booking matches as the venue and artist database grows. It also helps artists map out tours and gives both sides public facing profiles, following, and direct ticketing options.

shoWMe is music focused, but the workflow is relevant to any venue that needs to book talent in a structured, predictable way.

In CECI’s evolving framework, solutions like this may relate to Venue and Spatial Planning Technology, but ultimately, category fit is for vendors and the community to help clarify as the model matures.
