InEvent is an enterprise event management platform built to run registration, check in, live production, onsite hardware, virtual environments, and data workflows in one place. It acts as a single command center for organizations that want a unified operational stack without stitching together multiple tools.
Had the pleasure of meeting with Pedro Góes (CEO) to walk through how InEvent approaches complex event needs. Their platform includes live production tools, on site check in and badge hardware, facial recognition, a virtual studio, registration and ticketing, travel and housing workflows, and a white label mobile app for audience engagement and lead capture. They also support AI powered capabilities such as photo matching, live transcription and translation, and assisted website and form building to help reduce manual work and elevate the production layer.
Pedro shared that a core part of InEvent’s value comes from the high touch support and complex customization they offer when teams want deeper partnership. Their Professional Services work sits alongside the platform, giving enterprise customers the option to elevate unique workflows and production needs without forcing them into an off the shelf setup. It is one of the elements that differentiates InEvent in environments that expect more than a standard event platform.
