GoLucid Field Notes: Amego

GoLucid Field Notes:

Amego is an enterprise mobile event platform built to avoid the static, one‑size‑fits‑all app experiences common in large conferences. The platform is designed as a focused mobile layer, giving event teams deep control over branding, navigation, and live updates while integrating with existing enterprise event stacks rather than attempting to replace them.

Connected with Rob Dunn (Enterprise Account Executive) to understand how Amego approaches enterprise mobile. Rob shared that many mobile event apps still require attendees to dig through generic menus, even as schedules change in real time. Amego is built to break that pattern, with a core app designed for flexibility and live management. Rob also shared an early look at Sidekick, a new AI companion layer being introduced on top of the Amego app. He described it as a proactive interface that brings information forward to attendees, such as personalized agendas, session suggestions during schedule gaps, networking prompts, and practical event guidance, offering a sneak peek at how Amego is evolving its mobile experience.

Rob emphasized that Amego is intentionally focused on the mobile experience itself, designed to plug into enterprise environments with native integrations and give teams real time control during live events. Sidekick is positioned as an optional enhancement, reflecting how Amego is extending its platform without drifting from its core focus.
