Holon Events focuses on onsite event technology and logistics, acting as the hardware and services layer that makes registration and check‑in work in the real world. Rather than providing its own event software, Holon supports organizers by deploying printers, kiosks, scanners, connectivity, and experienced onsite crews that integrate with the registration platform already in use.

Met with Marc Bot (Founder) to understand how Holon operates on the ground. Marc shared that Holon often works on behalf of organizers or software providers, supporting more than 30 registration systems and acting as the single point of responsibility for onsite execution. Their team manages shipping, setup, troubleshooting, and live support, allowing events to scale from small meetings to large‑scale shows while maintaining operational reliability.

Marc also highlighted that onsite needs like badging and connectivity are often considered too late in the planning process, even though they are critical to attendee experience. Holon is typically brought in when reliability, speed, and contingency planning matter most.
