EZNA, from Grow This Event, has built an AI digital concierge that helps event visitors express what they are looking for and immediately receive a curated shortlist of suppliers that match their intent.

Recently connected with Andrew Carney (Co-Founder, EZNA / GrowThisEvent) to talk through how this style of guided discovery fits into the event experience. Instead of browsing long lists or clicking through multiple categories, visitors can simply describe their needs and be guided directly to relevant exhibitors and sponsors. This creates more qualified interactions for exhibitors and gives organizers a clearer understanding of what buyers are actually trying to find.

Andrew shared how EZNA is aiming to solve a familiar problem in events: attendees often know what they want but do not know where to find it, and exhibitors often exhibit without knowing who is actually looking for what they offer. EZNA’s approach supports both sides by helping visitors articulate their needs more naturally and helping exhibitors participate in more relevant conversations or assist with common event questions.
